Metamorphika Sumoll Blanc Brisat, 2022 Subscription earthy and wildGrown in the mountains of Conca de Barber, an area that benefits from a cooler microclimate, the wine is produced from old vines of Sumoll Blanc, which are harvested whole bunch fermentation in clay amphora with indigenous yeasts, followed by five months lees ageing in a mixture of the amphora and used French oak barrels. The result is a savoury, pithy wine with vibrant citrusy acidity and some spicy, zesty notes.
