Funk Factory - Oude 750ml Col-Sale That is why we chose"A bottling of several 3 year old barrels showcases the flavors emblematic of our oldest blending stock. Evaporation, prolonged wood exposure, and oxidation through the staves all contribute a musty and oaky sweetness that we find develops over time. This beer offers the rare experience of tasting what it is like to pull a nail and sample our most mature barrels."
