It's an 8% Hazy DIPA brewed with wheat and local organic honey and hopped exclusively with Peacharine from @freestylehops. Le Ketch has been making some of our favourite hoppy beers so it was an honour to host our friend Guillaume again for a brew day. We used a modified base that incorporates both of our styles and added some local honey,
