Future Perfect - Carbonique 2025 750ml Size:Single pink peppercorn"100% Pinot Noir from Kinvarra Vineyard in the town of Plenty. Different approach to Pinot Noir here. A small parcel of fruit was left out an extra 2 weeks to allow for the stems to fully ripen and lignify, in an effort to avoid any green notes in the finished wine. 1. 2t of hand picked fruit was transferred to a CO2 saturated tank and sealed for 4 weeks of carbonic maceration.
