This, unlike most of our previous tin releases, is all about the malt with the yeast and noble hops providing subtle background floral and spice character. As you all know, we think these traditional styles get a bad rap because theyre not super sweet adjunct laden stouts or turbid hazies jammed full of hops. Dont get us wrong, we love drinking and making those too, we just think that the traditional
