Nikka Whisky From The Barrel Aperitif this beautiful vermouth blends OlorosoA hefty, full flavoured whisky with notes of butterscotch, coffee, oak, spice, vanilla, fruit, a little ginger, a beautiful sweetness and what seems like a good measure of malt, followed by a long, luscious finish. This blend combines single malt and grain whiskies from the Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries that are married in bourbon barrels, sherry butts, and refill hogsheads. One of our favourite drams.
