Cultural Divide: Sour Cherry Turnover beer LactobacillusA brand new entry from our yogurt soured series "Cultural Divide", this rich fruit forward tart saison has been kettle soured over the course of a few days with the live bacteria from 10 gallons of Carolina Culture cow's milk yogurt, then fermented clean with our house saison yeast and infused with almost a half ton of real Montmorency & Balaton cherries, finished with a touch of lactose (milk sugar) and a handful of Tahitian vanilla beans.
