Softly textured and with aromas of tart citrus fruits, peach, white pepper and gentle, oxidative touches. Farmed biodynamically, the grapes underwent whole bunch fermentation, including a day of skin maceration before resting on the lees in old barrels for 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered
