Although the maturation can vary, it is typically matured predominantly in Bourbon casks. Nose: Creamy butterscotch and caramel notes in the beginning, with the development of notes of rye bread and tea leaf. Palate: A familiar oiliness and smokiness is introduced on the palate, with notes of Iberico
