Forever and ever child, 2023 Event This bottle transports you intoA lively, herbaceous ros petnat made from Syrah with generous notes of juicy cherry and silky vanilla yoghurt. After a quick 12 hour direct press, the wine underwent a brief fermentation in fiberglass tanks before being bottled, where the bubbles developed slowly over winter. Finished with ageing on the lees for over a year, the wine's subtle bitterness and delicate fizz offer refreshing yet refined bubbles.
