Les Palennes, 2019 over-20 Trepat is an indigenous CatalonianOne of the most elegant Cab Francs I think weve ever had. Made from 60 70 year old vines. Francois is a star member in a little village called Berrie where he and other natural winemakers restore dilapidated buildings to make wine. Ready for food, but also great to sip on without. Sophisticated with a capital S.
