TLZ Karmin No. 8, NV Red yeasty core to an otherwiseA classic cuvee from Strohmeier, this sophisticated rose is a far cry from its very pale counterpart smashed along the Seine all summer. Produced from Blauer Wildbacher a lesser known Styrian varietal, this rose wine has just three hours skin contact before gentle pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation and a years maturation in old 500 liter oak and acacia barrels.
