Produced from Inzolia & Moscato Bianco grapes grown on Etnas volcanic and mineral rich terroir, cellar work is strictly low intervention. Incredible value and and beautifully expressive of the Sicilys local white grapes, theres plenty of salinity and bursting citrus, with some floral hints adding layers.
