Brewed back in December 2024 with Pilsner & Chit Malt from Voyager (NSW). Hopped in the boil & whirlpool w Aramis (FR), Fuggles (UK) & Tettnang (DE) to 34 IBU. Fermented in puncheons w our house mixed culture for 4 months. Packaged on 21st April 2024 and bottle keg conditioned for 3 months. The aroma is warm and inviting eucalyptus, grandmas orange marmalade, and star anise. This is all tied in w a beautiful brett.
