It cuts and weeds just like our popular EasyWeed Heat Transfer Vinyl and has the same application settings. In order for the glow to take effect you need to charge the material. You do this by exposing it to sunlight, the more sun it gets the brighter it stays for longer. This product is perfect for kids costumes, Halloween, and anything that needs that extra bit of glow!
