South Stack Lighthouse, Holyhead, Wales Neutral In 1765 an eight year
Description
In 1765 an eight year old William Blake saw his first vision while walking on Peckham Rye
many of his oils were on the smaller scale and the majority depicting beautiful women he encountered in the Café Society around Brussels
It’s image has stayed with me ever since I saw it
His use of gouache was an epiphany moment for me
more importantly kept it – even after six husbands – and had enjoyed substantial roles working with all the great names of the industry at the time and had her star on the Walk of Fame
