Beautiful Jura Chardy fruit, natural ferment with only a touch of minimal sulphur on bottling. Whole berries were left to macerate for 6 days in a cool room, pressed to a milk vat to chill, racked and left to ferment in fiberglass tank. She sat on fine lees for a year, racked and bottled. Shes not yellow wine,
