The bunches are left hanging in the autumn breeze until the fruit has dried and concentrated in flavour and sugar. A sweet wine style somewhat unique to Margaret River as the Cane Cut method is not widely used in Australia. Refreshing with a beautiful natural acidity, the Cane Cut is not cloying or heavy.
