Sebastiano's Marmellata di Arance cookie and Pasticcini)Similar to a Sicilian style marmellata but less bitter. We make our Marmellata with California citrus, lemon juice, orange juice, and cane sugar just four ingredients and cook it down until it's the perfect consistency. We use this Marmellata for everything from toast in the morning, to baking thumbprint cookies, to cheesecakes, glazing roast meats, and even shaking into cocktails. A top seller!
