J California Cuvée Brut Gold The Singleton hold a visionVibrant, bright and approachable, our California Cuve Brut opens with fragrant aromas of citrus and orange blossom. Fruit forward notes of crisp green apple, juicy pear, fresh cut lemon and Kaffir lime dance across the lively palate, layered with hints of almond slivers and a subtle touch of toasted pastry. California Cuve finishes with a refreshing zest of acidity. Grapes for the California Cuve were primarily hand harvested into small half ton bins
