Its happy personality, with wide googly eyes and a cheerful felt tongue sticking out, is adorable! Similar to other Steiff toys of the time, Mopsy was finely handcrafted in Germany using the nicest mohair plush. This puppet no longer retains its IDs but its production was likely between 1968 78. Mopsy's head is stuffed with excelsior (wood wool)
