2020 Creek Block Shiraz case and subtle savoury elementsThe vines were planted by the creek in the 1960s on sandy brown loam with grey clay. The loam and grey clay combination provides the wine with immense density of fruit flavour and velvety, mouth filling tannins. The fruit profile tends towards mulberries and blueberries with some clay influenced anise and milk chocolate undertones.
