I made this painting at the same time as the Birth of Aphrodite so much of what I said about that painting
Medium details: Pastel & collage on paper
Stylistically it is pure Camberwell School of the period and if I were a betting man I would back three young students of the day–Christopher Pemberton
He clearly enjoyed poking fun at authority figures
