BI, NV (non-alcoholic) soap a family business making familyPioneers in the burgeoning non alcoholic drinks world, AMA Brewery combines the principles of kombucha production with those of petnat to produce an exceptional pour. This one is infused with Sri Lankan lemongrass, with a second fermentation on the lees for 6 months before disgorgement and release. An elegant drink with fine bubbles and delicate aromas of citrus, rose, galangal and kaffir lime.
