He decided to harvest Grner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Neuburger. Grapes were gently destemmed and macerated on skins overnight. All the varieties were cofermented together in oak vats. Its tropical, zippy, it feels refined and sophisticated and is his best vintage yet.
