Mountain Culture - Expression of Interest Experimental Hop NEIPA Vin Merchants & pineapple"Our first New Zealand experimental hop brew (Birds Aren't Real using NZH 102 for those playing along at home) was such a success, we're jumping on the experimental New Zealand hop train again, this time showcasing NZH 101. We've used it in a sessionable hazy IPA to allow for a full expression of the hop profile, and it gives complex citrus flavours with a hint of sticky dankness towards the end. We think this experimental hop is another lil ripper
