Some of you might remember Mirai our first collab, well we wanted to go bigger and better. Enter Cho Mirai. We started with a double mash to give a very lush and full mouthfeel (our first time for an IPA). Then absolutely loaded this thing with every hop product we could get our hands on. Carefully
