It's made from a blend of roughly equal parts of Ploussard and Pinot Noir from small parcels in Montigny ls Arsures, Molamboz and Arbois, the grapes were destemmed and the wine macerated on the skins for a fortnight, before being pressed back to stainless steel tanks until the following spring, and bottling with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. Notes of black cherry, forest floor and
