At Rocky Ridge Brewing Co, weve reduced this to around 3 litres, smashing to industry standard. We achieved this with initiatives like utilising ozonated air to pre rinse cans during packaging (instead of water), and investing heavily in the brewerys ability to filter and reuse our own water.
