After much hard work and determination he bought the farm and established Toorak Winery, where this wine was made. This Pinot Noir is from a single vineyard in the Tumbarumba region at 650m altitude. Fruit forward with strawberries & dark cherries leading the way. Light bodied with balanced acidity and silky tannin. A great introduction to the variety."
