SHARED SILENCE - PAPER PRINT Female figure painting As the layers of paint

As the layers of paint and texture grew

In stillness found

I wanted to explore how listening is its own form of grace - how stillness can shine brighter than sound

Between a petal’s fall and a pigment’s permanence

There is always another beginning

SHARED SILENCE - PAPER PRINT Female figure painting As the layers of paintShared Silence was inspired by a moment that felt almost like a promise. Hummingbirds are usually fierce and solitary, always moving, always defending. But as I painted these two resting side by side, I imagined the rare harmony that can appear where rivalry usually lives. This piece reflects my fascination with those quiet alignments in nature that mirror our own longing for peace, connection and a place to belong. Print of an original painting
