The Brighter Cider of Life, 2021 Sauvignon Blanc This is your zippy parkHere, Anders Anders Frederik Steen applies his magic touch to organic Red Winter apples from a friends farm. They are pressed directly and fermented in tanks, with the fermentation finishing in bottle, and disgorgement taking place the following spring, with a little top up of Viognier from Le Mazel to finish the drink. Fine bubbles in this sophisticated, vinous cider.
