Vigiriego grown on the Southern face of the Sierra Nevada at a vertigo inducing altitude of 1300m above sea level, surrounded by fig and almond trees. The Garcia family work this plot with just their hands and a donkey. As it was aged in oak expect a subtle toasty savouriness.
