Whittock out of London. At the time, much like today, Odessa was very much a harbour town. The key at the bottom of the map can help you locate 30 points of interest though not many of them still exist today. The map looks at Odessa from a point just north of the central old town, with Cape Langeron on the left. This map looks great at all sizes: 12x18
