Haloze Blanc, 2020 sizeL 75cl Grapes: GrecoA clean, elegant and full bodied blend of organic Furmint, Sauvignon Blanc and Welschriesling grown on opok (compressed clay & marl) soils in Stajerska, the Styrian part of Slovenia. Food friendly and versatile with aromas of orchard fruits, green mango and hallmark Styrian reduction that leads to a fresh palate with distinct mineral backbone and saline undertones. Harvested by hand, the grapes were direct pressed for fermentation on lees in large
