This is a unique opportunity to taste a certified organic wine made 100% from the single clone 10 5. Hand picked on the 14th of March, Rows 76 89 was fermented using indigenous (natural) yeasts, 50% whole bunches and the remainder destemmed but not crushed. Rested on lees for 10 months in French oak barrels, 33% new. No fining
