The 11lt container is suited for large single cuts, or multiple smaller cuts (a rack can be used to separate the cuts). A larger (22L) container is available for restaurant use, and those wanting to sous vide larger quantities or cuts (e. g. brisket, leg of lamb). A neoprene sleeve is
