Le Regard, 2021 over-60 Grapes were fermented on skinsPineau dAunis from 30 year old vines grown on clay and limestone soils. Whole bunch fermentation for a few weeks followed by 15 months ageing in old barrels. With the grapes distinctive peppery spiciness, Robinot has mastered its expression with fragrant light pepper and delicate wild red fruit aromas.
