Imbibe at your own peril

The barrel stock we tasted through to choose the 2021 BBT blend is the exact same stock that we pull from for the Derivations and all of our stouts

"Type: Ramblings Vatted Malt of Sherry and Port Casks

Distilled: 2013

Watkins - Wavemaker Merlot 750ml special~carwyncollab Imbibe at your own peril"Merlot gets a bad wrap for no reason at all. But we are here for it, and we are determined to make waves on this misunderstood varietal with a modern, juicy style. Affectionately known as the chameleon of wine, where you grow Merlot is fundamentally important. For this wine, cool climate growing conditions in Langhorne Creek means this Merlot has structure, smooth tannins and a spectrum of red berry flavours." Watkins Wine Style Variety: Merlot
