we wanted to push the tropical fruit and give it that signature Cashmere fluffiness

Nectaron is one of the juiciest New Zealand hops we know so we were curious to see how it would present in a West Coast style delivery

With each iteration, we are trying different ingredients and processes with an ultimate goal of using these experiments to elevate all of the beer we produce. This particular version is a 6. 5% Black IPA brewed with rye and hopped with our hand selected Citra and Simcoe from Yakima Chief Hops.
