Ovella Negra, 2023 Euros Lemon-y house white wineOvella Negra (Black Sheep) tells the tale of an orange wine made from two rare and under appreciated grape varieties grown in the heartland of Peneds, Catalonia. Made from a blend of Garnacha Blanca and Malvasia de Sitges, it marries wildly floral and herbaceous aromatics with a dry and refreshing palate of citrus, ripe green fruits and sweet peach. Farmed organically without the use of chemical additives, it underwent a 14 day maceration on skins and
