A Toi Nous, 2022 Merch or any added sulphurLike the man himself, Caleks wines are wild and free in the best possible way. Here, a blend of Syrah and Grenache are fermented with native yeasts and then aged in oak barrels for eight months, and bottled without any additives. An incredibly drinkable red, with lots of fleshy fruits and Mediterranean herbs, as well as floral and spicy hints, all coming together enticingly in the wines velvety texture.
