Les Fesses, 2019 sulphate_free SiegerebbeFreds family have been working this land for generations. Direct pressed Sauvignon blanc grown from iron rich soils peppered with full Pinot Gris grapes for a year long maceration before aged in ceramic vessels. Stone fruit, spices, candied dried fruits and ripe pears.
