Rainoldi Metodo Classico Brut Rosé 2021 Wine:Wine "Aromatic yet poisedIn production since the 1970's, this traditional method sparkling Nebbiolo is distinctive and one of the originals of its kind. Made from 92% Nebbiolo, plus local red grapes Pignola and Rossola, it sings with white cherry, strawberry and a light chalkiness, lending itself to matching dishes with a bit more substance. A minimum of 36 months on lees is followed by bottle ageing. This is a special alpine Italian wine and the benchmark for its style.
