With a little more knowledge of this variety we have produced a blend of Mencia and Pinot Noir. The intention was to combine the best aspects of each and deliver a new style of wine. They each carry cherry and berry flavours with the added element of brown spices from the Mencia. It's the most intriguing wine, bigger than our Pinot with all the best
