One Drop - Cali Dream SoCal Pilsner Size:Single "Complex dark chocolate"Cali Dream is a new vibe for us a South California Pilsner. By taking all the good stuff Germans do with their lagers and combining it with all the hop expressive techniques the US west coast does with its IPAs, we've got a modern match made in heaven. A crispy malt base and cold fermentation with a modern dry hopping process and a good dose of new world hops citra and hand selected Riwaka."
