Grape varieties: Folle blanche, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay We had to wait a long time plagued by frost, quantities have been dwindling in recent years. This year, we're finally getting a few bottles again. Folle Blanche is the star of the show. A nearly forgotten grape variety from the western Loire. Vin Mousseux par excellence.
