Tenuta Podernovo: Auritea 2017 Viveri süßer Orange100% Cabernet Franc. Named after the "Arca Aurita," a fossil sea shell found in the soil of the vineyard. This is also the secret behind its seductively mineral taste. Its bouquet recalls cocoa, blackcurrant jam, and rosemary alongside elegant spicy and balsamic notes. The wine matures for 18 months in barrique barrels and at least 12 months in the bottle.
