Microplane Chili Mühle und Reibe Amazonia Ideal for desserts and pastriesFreshly grated chili The Microplane chili mill is (actually a grater) for everyone who likes spicy food. With this mill you can chop dried chili peppers easily and without much effort. The razor sharp blades cut the peppers precisely and allow the essential oils and flavor to come out optimally. The mill has a velvety handle that fits well in the hand and a practical silicone cap that prevents spice dust. The mill is dishwasher safe and easy to clean.
