Homegym Bar 15 kg gymnastic-grips and on every single repThe barbell for home gyms with limited space The Homegym Bar is for everyone who wants to train with a proper barbell at home but doesn't have room for 220 cm. At 183 cm, it fits in basements, garages and tight spaces. Here's what matters: The spacing between the sleeves is 131 cm exactly the same as a standard Olympic barbell. That means it fits any rack with standard dimensions. You train with the same grip positions, the same IWF and IPF markings.
